In other words, I’m here to help you, and give you directions, not to do the work for you.
May I choose the date and time?
Once you’ve enrolled, you will be offered to describe your project by filling in a form.
You will then be offered to choose a preferred date & time in your timezone for our initial session.
Once that has been confirmed, you will receive a link to the video session (please allow 72 hours).
Do I need specific software for the call?
Nope !
All you have to do is click on the link.
It is advised though to use one of the following browsers:
- Google Chrome
- Firefox
Can I reschedule?
Just like yours, my time is precious, so I would kindly advise you to tell me 48h in advance if you would like to re-schedule our session, and I will get back to you with re-scheduling options.
Outside of these conditions, it will be considered as if the session actually happened since the hour booked can never be recovered.
What is your return policy?
To avoid any abuse of my time, I offer a 60 days money back guarantee, provided you have not accessed the first session booking engine.
When trying to access the first session booking page for the first time, you will be presented with a Digital Waiver. If you agree to access that page, there will be no total refund.
Partial refunds may be issued, at my sole discretion, on a case-per-case basis.
