So if you’ve followed along the first three modules of this courses, and used the resources mentioned, you should now have a clear business and marketing plan, as well as a well defined personal brand and possibly a business brand, depending on your type of business.
But are you really ready to launch? And by that, I mean: do you have all the tools in place to run a business.
When getting started, especially as a solopreneur or very small business, you may want to dive in head first, thinking that you don’t need processes and tools such as a CRM.
Now in case you don’t know what a CRM is, it stands for Customer Relationships Management.
Basically it’s a tool that will give you a bird’s eye view of your business.
It helps you manage your leads, stay connected to your customers, streamline processes and improve profitability.
